On 29 October we re-checked all twelve of our game pages against the math that ships to Stake and the rules inside each game. The games were fine. Several of our pages weren't. Here's what was wrong and what we changed.
Fang & Fur described a different game
The page said a free-spins battle planted sticky wilds and 2×–5× multipliers for the rest of the round. That isn't how the game works. A Territorial Clash fires whenever both factions' marks land, in the base game as well as in free spins. If the wolf wins, every reel showing a Wolf mark fills with Wolf marks and the board respins. If the bear wins, ×3, ×5 or ×10 goes on the multiplier, and in free spins it stays there. A truce in free spins adds spins and upgrades a reel.
The page also said two of the buy modes guaranteed a battle. They don't. They make clashes land more often, and no mode guarantees one.
Kaleido Keep was missing two modes
The page listed four modes. The game has six. The missing two, Opaline and Solstice, cost the same 1× as the standard game and change how a session plays. The page also said the multiplier doubles on every Turn, which is true only in the standard mode: Opaline climbs in half-steps, and Solstice quadruples, up to 1,024×.
Our "biggest max win" claims were wrong
The Abyss Collectors page called its 20,000× max win the highest of our games. It was, back when we had three. Nebula Raiders, at 25,000×, is higher, so Abyss is second. Fang & Fur's page called its 18,000× the second-highest. It's third.
We took out the probability figures
The Nebula Raiders and Pip's Piñata Plaza pages quoted how often something happens in the game. We removed both, and our game pages don't publish that kind of figure anymore. A frequency reads like a promise about tonight's session, and it isn't one.
Every mode now shows its own RTP
Our pages used to say every game returns 96.50% in every mode. Shuriken Shadows doesn't: its modes run from 96.46% to 96.59%. Every page now lists each mode with its own figure, measured from the lookup tables that ship to Stake, and the tool that builds the pages refuses a mode without one. Wyrmwind's page now lists the five modes the game actually has, and mode names everywhere match what you see in each game.
None of this changed a number in any game. It changed what we said about them, which is the part we're responsible for. If you spot something else we got wrong, tell us on X at @dadsofgambling.
